Delivery Areas
We currently deliver within Ruiru, greater Nairobi, and select locations across Kenya. Available delivery areas and their fees are shown at checkout and may be updated from time to time.
Delivery Times
Orders within Ruiru and Nairobi are typically delivered the same day when placed before 6:00 PM. Orders placed after this time, or to locations further out, may take 1–2 business days.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated based on your selected location at checkout and added to your order total before payment.
Order Tracking
Once your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an order reference by email. Use it on our order tracking page to check your delivery status at any time.
